Working Student Personnel Development (m/f/d)

Role Summary: In the role of a working student (m/f/d), you will gain insights into modern talent development and valuable practical experience in HR. You will work closely with our international Talent Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support talent development by taking on conceptual and administrative tasks
• Create internal online training using AI-supported learning management solutions
• Independently organize internal and external trainings
• Participate in global Talent Development projects
• Update documents, templates, and SharePoint
  
  

Your Profile:

• Currently studying business administration, social sciences, psychology, or similar fields
• Weekly availability of 16-20 hours and increased involvement during semester breaks (full-time possible)
• Good MS Office skills and solid IT understanding
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and openness
• Ideally, initial practical experience in HR
