Working Student (m/f/d) ServiceNow IT Management

We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to support our ServiceNow Development and Support Team.

Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours: 15-20 hours per week, with the option to increase during semester breaks
Work Model: Flexible – hybrid or fully remote

Your exciting tasks will include:

• Processing ServiceNow end-user tickets

• Creating documentation, process descriptions, work aids, and manuals

• Participating in ServiceNow development tasks after completed training and onboarding

• Supporting ServiceNow development projects (technology, processes)

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Office are required
• IT affinity and enthusiasm for gathering new information, continuously learning and delving into IT topics, and applying this knowledge in daily work
• Ideally, knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its functions, and applications
• Your core attributes include a structured way of working, quick comprehension skills, and a hands-on mentality
