Working Student (m/f/d) Billing Administration

As a working student (m/f/d) you will support the team Accounting/Controlling in daily business and gain valuable practical experience.

These exciting tasks await you:

• Review AMS contracts and identify provisions relevant to price increases, including applicable dates, indexation clauses, notice requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• Analyze contract terms and summarize findings in a clear, consistent format.
• Build and maintain a master list of AMS contracts, including key commercial and contractual data.
• Document the criteria, assumptions, and supporting information used in the analysis.
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders to validate contract data.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of reports and recommendations based on the contract review.

Your profile: 

• Currently enrolled in recent graduate of a business, finance, accounting, legal, or related program.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting written contractual information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
