• SAP RISE & SAP GROW transformation to the SAP cloud
• S/4 HANA brownfield transformation
• S/4 HANA bluefield transformation (SNP tools)
• S/4 HANA Green Field Transformation
• Hybrid SAP System Landscapes
• Business Technology Platform (BTP) Implementation
• FIORI Enablement for S/4 HANA On Premise and S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition
• Data Migration Planning
• Data Transformation for Carve-In or Carve-Out Projects

 
Architecture and Innovation – Developing Future-Proof Solutions

• Analysis of current business requirements and definition of technological goals.
• Creation, design, and implementation of customized SAP solutions that are perfectly aligned with our customers' corporate strategy.
• Identification and communication of risks (business, technical, application-related) at the corporate and business level.
• Participation in business and architecture planning meetings to anticipate future strategies.
• Definition of rollout, release, and deployment strategies, as well as support in planning project scope, schedules, and responsibilities.

 
Customer support from pre-sales to go-live and, if necessary, transfer to AMS

• Collaboration with pre-sales in finding solutions
• Feasibility analysis and clarification of technical framework conditions for a project with customers, if necessary, syntax infrastructure, Basis, SAP, partners, and developers
• Preparation and management of customer presentations and site assessments
• Collaboration with project management in planning and selecting any necessary special resources
• Coordination of cut-over plans and support during go-live
• Transfer of the new system to AMS (for new and existing customers)
   

Integration and coordination – successfully implementing projects

• Coordinating and managing interdisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, analysts) across all project phases: analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and production handover.
• Ensuring the integrity and end-to-end integration of all solution components.
• Supporting fit-to-standard workshops, validating technical solutions, and identifying process improvements.
• Diagnosing and solving complex SAP problems as quickly as possible during projects.
• Designing and architecting new SAP landscapes that are scalable, cost-efficient, and future-proof.
  
  

Your profile

• A degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, integrated standard software in business, or comparable training.
• At least 15 years of experience in SAP implementations, particularly with SAP S/4 HANA transformations and carve-in/out projects, technical development expertise
• Basic knowledge of the various functional areas of SAP ERP & S/4 HANA
• Experience with the implementation of various SAP and partner solutions
• Basic knowledge of the SAP Basis environment and network infrastructure
• Expertise in pre-sales activities, blueprints, explore/fit-to-standard processes, and integration projects.
• Strong strategic and tactical skills with excellent planning and implementation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (required for working with international customers and partners).
• Ability to address objections confidently and persuasively, as well as a high degree of discipline in customer interactions.
