Team Manager Service Management (m/f/d)

These exciting tasks await you

• Disciplinary and technical management of a European service management team to ensure excellent service quality
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction and compliance with contractually agreed service provisions (SLAs, KPIs, project and service contracts)
• Further development of service processes, governance models, and operational standards
• Collaboration with global teams and internal interfaces (account management, delivery, AMS, project teams)
• Coaching and development of team members in technical and personal terms
• Identification of skills gaps and derivation of appropriate training measures
• Promotion of a team culture of teamwork, ownership, and customer focus
• Participation in the recruiting and onboarding of new team members

Your profile

• Degree in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in IT service management or ITSM-related areas
• Leadership and development experience in small to medium-sized teams
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and high level of process reliability
• Strong focus on quality, service, and customer needs, as well as analytical and structured thinking
• Strong learning, communication, and conceptual skills
• Business fluent in German and English
• Motivation to help shape an international, dynamic, and changing environment
