Team Manager (m/w/d) SAP Enterprise Technology Services

You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of our Technical S/4HANA Consulting Team, with a focus on ABAP development—and in this role, you will not only be a leader but also an active contributor to challenging client projects. In this position, you will combine technical expertise with leadership qualities and play a key role in further developing our delivery excellence in the SAP environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You will assume technical and managerial leadership of a team of SAP technical consultants and developers in the Enterprise Technology Services division (including areas such as technical migration projects, System Landscape Optimization, and ABAP development).
• You will continuously develop the project business within your area of responsibility and actively drive its further expansion.
• You will be part of the division’s management team, where you will actively contribute to the strategic and substantive development of your areas of expertise.
• You will support presales activities and the division’s market presence, and represent the portfolio in client presentations, at trade shows, events, and in interactions with partners.
• You will contribute to the preparation of proposals for projects in your area of expertise and—depending on your qualifications—also take on key roles in projects.
• You will continuously develop the portfolio of your area of expertise and deepen collaboration with our strategic partners.
• You inspire, coach, and help your employees grow, and you serve as a role model in terms of passion, leadership, and teamwork.
• You promote the continuous development of skills and competencies within the team.
• You are responsible for resource planning and ensure forward-looking and needs-based scheduling.

Your Profile

• You have proven leadership experience in a comparable position or have already taken on responsibility and demonstrated leadership skills in projects and initiatives.
• You have extensive professional experience in the SAP technology environment—in ABAP development and the design of technical architectures.
• You work with a high degree of personal responsibility and have a strong commitment to quality and performance.
• You stand out for your empathy, team orientation, enthusiasm, as well as your strong communication skills and customer focus.
• You have a very good understanding of the SAP solution and product portfolio in your area of expertise.
• You have already gained experience in presales.
• You have experience in project management.
• You enjoy strategically and substantively developing a portfolio.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
