In our Digital Supply Chain Services organization, you will be responsible for establishing and developing a strong area of expertise for SAP-based production and supply chain planning processes. You will lead a growing team, motivate colleagues, build expertise across all SAP planning solutions (SAP PP, PP/DS, IBP, MM, SD, EWM, DM), and support national and international customers on their journey to an intelligent, integrated planning landscape.

Your tasks will include

• Strategic development and establishment of an independent planning area of expertise within Syntax
• Technical and motivational leadership of a multidisciplinary team (coaching, development, talent building)
• Responsibility for the design, harmonization, and implementation of end-to-end planning processes across all SAP planning solutions (SAP PP, PP/DS, IBP, DM, EWM, MM, SD)
• Design of integrated planning architectures in S/4HANA environments, including embedded PP/DS, MRP, detailed planning, and production supply
• Close collaboration with customers in modeling future-proof production and supply chain processes
• Leading role in the development of our global end-to-end planning template
• Management of complex implementation and transformation projects (greenfield & brownfield)· Active contribution to presales activities (workshops, scoping, solution design, quotation processes)
• Expansion of the Syntax Digital Supply Chain portfolio in the area of planning and scheduling

Your profile

• Several years of experience in consulting and implementing SAP planning solutions (PP, PP/DS, ideally IBP)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, scheduling, and supply chain processes (MRP, production supply, detailed planning, master data)
• Knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM, SD, EWM, DM desirable
• Experience working with S/4HANA embedded PP/DS
• Extensive experience in project management, cross-team collaboration, and customer management
• Proven leadership experience and enthusiasm for actively shaping and developing a growing team
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and passion for innovative supply chain solutions
• Technical understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP best practices, and modern planning architectures
• Very good German and English skills
