Team Manager (m/f/d) Microsoft Managed Services

As Team Manager (m/f/d) Microsoft Managed Services you will lead our Microsoft Services Team and be responsible for the service delivery and management of Microsoft 365 and Entra Managed Services for our customers.

These exciting tasks await you:

• Leadership and management of the delivery and consulting team in Germany and Slovakia as well as professional and personal development of the team
• Responsibility for service delivery and P&L management for Microsoft 365 and various on-premises offerings
• Supporting and ensuring the successful implementation of digital workplace transformations with our customers
• Close, cross-team collaboration in responding to RFPs
• Supporting M365 onboarding and migration projects with the aim of service takeover
• Administration of Identity Management, PKI Management and SQL Server
• Support and coach the team in the areas of IT strategy, business alignment and technical sales execution
• Orchestrating international teams and fostering collaboration between different departments
• Technological and commercial development of our service offerings according to market requirements

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Entra ID Management
• First management experience in a similar position
• Experience in software sales, especially Microsoft CSP licensing
• Understanding of ITIL processes and relevant certifications desirable
• Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of digital workplace transformation
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
• Leadership qualities as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
