Team Manager (m/f/d) Digital Manufacturing Services

As Team Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the further development of your team in the area of Digital Manufacturing Services. You are responsible for strategic alignment and portfolio development, and you support our customers in the implementation of forward-looking projects in digital manufacturing.  

Your responsibilities include:  

• Technical and disciplinary management of an international team of SAP DM consultants, project managers, and developers
• You exemplify passion and teamwork and inspire your team to perform at their best.
• Expansion of the strategy and portfolio in the area of digital manufacturing services to develop innovative customer solutions.
• Ensure successful project execution—from ERP integration to shop floor implementation—and meet expectations in terms of time, scope, and quality.
• Support presales and actively represent the portfolio at trade shows, events, and with partners.
• Build and maintain customer and partner relationships to strengthen our market position.
• Travel regularly to customers and our offices within Europe to promote proximity and collaboration.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing and a deep understanding of end-to-end processes in digital manufacturing.
• Experience in leading international teams (remote, onsite, and hybrid) and familiarity with agile methods.
• Project management: Skills in managing complex projects with a focus on SAP or MES.
• Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA) and their integration with shop floor solutions.
• Presales expertise: Experience in customer acquisition and presenting technical solutions.
• Very good German and English skills to operate confidently in an international environment (at least C1).
• You enjoy implementing innovative solutions and continuously developing your team.
