As Staffing Coordinator (m/f/d) you will play a central role in supporting the global SAP Optimization Services by helping to coordinate and allocate human resources. Our company operates SAP Centers of Excellence (CoE) in several countries, which requires efficient staff planning to meet the requirements of the projects.
In this role, you will work closely with the Optimization Service Manager (OSM) and Expert Team Manager (ETM) to understand staffing needs, support resource planning and ensure consultants are effectively assigned to various projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate staffing records, monitoring utilization and producing key reports that help optimize workforce management.
Your tasks - What you can expect
- Workforce Planning: Support the Directors of SAP CoE in forecasting staffing requirements based on current and future business needs.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources for projects and ensure a balanced workload.
- Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain schedules that align staffing needs with operational requirements, taking into account labor laws and company policies.
- Staff Utilization Tracking: Monitor the utilization of consultants, identify optimization potential and support the adjustment of resources.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create reports on utilization, personnel costs and key resource figures and provide data-based insights for strategic decisions.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Work with HR and managers to close staffing gaps in good time and integrate new employees into projects in the best possible way.
- Process & Efficiency Improvement: Identify potential for improvement in staffing processes and support the optimization of systems and tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Support the exchange with managers, project teams and customers in order to optimally align resource requirements and project plans.
Your profile - what sets you apart
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in personnel planning, resource management or HR support, ideally in a consulting or IT environment.
- SAP knowledge: Basic knowledge of SAP consulting and technical role requirements.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze workload data and support informed decisions.
- Communication skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical know-how: Familiarity with HR and HR tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Excel) and report generation.
- Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate resource records.
