Your Role
Are you ready to take overall accountability for end-to-end solution architecture in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs? As a Solution Integration Lead (m/f/d), you are the central authority for integrated solution delivery – orchestrating process, functional, data, development, and testing workstreams across all project phases, from presales through go-live and hypercare.
You define content standards, coordinate across domains, and ensure that every team – from process design to system build – knows what to deliver, when, and how. Drawing on your experience in SAP functional implementation, cross-team solution design, and data architecture, you ensure a seamless, cohesive end-to-end outcome.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Shape solution and integration strategy from presales through delivery, including contribution to Statements of Work (SOW)
- Structure and manage integrated delivery across process, functional, data, development, and testing workstreams
- Develop and maintain the end-to-end integration plan, aligning milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and overall delivery effort
Architecture & Integration Oversight
- Take overall accountability for the solution being delivered and guide functional consultants to maintain a coherent end-to-end design
- Lead system landscape and interconnectivity planning where relevant (e.g., C4C, CPQ, Ariba, FSM, IAS, CALM, CBC) while aligning cross-functional master data and organizational structure design
- Review key specifications and maintain standards, priorities, and a hotlist of critical integration requirements, decisions, and dependencies
Project Execution Support
- Collaborate with Project Managers on Fit-to-Standard workshop planning, sprint planning, sequencing, and risk mitigation
- Ensure each workstream understands its responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and timing; coordinate with Basis, development, and data migration teams
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and translate workshop outcomes into actionable downstream design, build, and test activities
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support test planning, execution, and defect triage by ensuring integrated coverage across functional and technical scenarios
- Coordinate and validate end-to-end integration test scenarios, test data, and test steps across workstreams
- Support go/no-go decisions and cutover readiness from an end-to-end solution and integration perspective
Transition & Handover
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to AMS and hypercare teams; ensure solution and integration documentation is complete, accessible, and properly handed over
- Participate in the Change Control Board and support continuity from design through stabilization and early hypercare
