Solution Architect (m/f/d) SAP Logistics

Would you like to design holistic logistics and supply chain processes and support companies in their S/4HANA transformation? As an SAP Logistics Solution Architect, you will advise our international clients on the design and implementation of modern SAP solutions across core logistics processes. You will combine architectural solution design with practical project and implementation experience, working closely with clients, project teams, and architects to deliver scalable and integrated SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities 

Solution Architecture and Design

• Defining end-to-end logistics solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA programs
• Translating our clients’ business requirements into scalable and integrated SAP solution designs
• Designing integrated solutions in logistics domains such as: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory and Supply Chain Management
• Ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and “Fit to Standard” principles

Hands-On Project Work

• Actively supporting project teams during implementation and rollout phases
• Working directly in the SAP system to validate and support solution implementation
• Support and guidance for customizing activities in logistics modules
• Collaboration on prototyping, testing, and error analysis
• Supporting project teams with complex functional design and configuration issues

SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs

• Supporting customers with S/4HANA implementations, system conversions, and template rollouts
• Leading or facilitating Fit to Standard workshops
• Defining the solution architecture during the Explore and Realize phases of the SAP Activate methodology
• Creating and reviewing business concepts and solution documentation

Cross-Domain Integration

• Ensuring the integration of logistics solutions with other domains, such as Finance, Manufacturing, Data & Analytics, and integration platforms
• Collaborating with integration and technical architects to ensure seamless end-to-end processes

Client Consulting

• Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients for solution design and implementation
• Facilitation of architecture and design workshops with business departments
• Consulting on SAP standard functions, transformation strategies, and best practices

Your Profile

• Extensive (10+ years) experience in SAP consulting
• In-depth expertise in SAP logistics processes and modules
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Principal Consultant
• Extensive experience in hands-on system work and solution implementation
• In-depth knowledge of multiple logistics areas, such as: Sourcing & Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes
• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology and “Fit to Standard” implementation approaches is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and excellent German and English language skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between conceptual architecture and practical implementation
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in international client projects
