Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Sparring partner for specialists and managers of an assigned support area in all personnel-relevant questions and in all topics of personnel work Advice on labor and social law issues 
• Coordination of recruitment measures in the area and in close coordination with the responsible recruiter 
• Proactive support for organizational changes and their implementation 
• Performance and talent management Development and promotion of the corporate culture
• Needs-based and targeted further development of managers and employees 
• Implementation and optimization of HR processes as well as the organization and driving of HR projects 
• International cooperation in a global environment 
• Trusting cooperation with social partners

Qualifications: 

• At least seven years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a global company in the IT sector 
• Sound knowledge of labor, works constitution and social security law 
• Experience with rapid growth and dynamic processes 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• High level of social competence and empathy 
• Flexibility and very good organizational skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility and team orientation 
• Quick comprehension and good judgment 
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and SAP 
• Positive charisma, a good feel for people and an open-minded manner
