Do you want to do more than just optimize production planning processes—do you want to actively shape them end to end? As a Senior Consultant SAP PP/DS&IBP, you will advise our clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced planning solutions in complex manufacturing environments. You combine deep process expertise with strong SAP know-how and play a key role in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, planning process harmonization, and the design of scalable, future-proof planning solutions across the supply chain.
Your Responsibilities – What to Expect
- Consulting and Solution Design: You will analyze our customers’ business requirements and design robust SAP Planning solutions—from process design through implementation and optimization.
- End-to-End Planning Processes: Together with our clients, you will design and optimize future-oriented planning processes in the areas of Demand & Supply Planning, production planning, detailed scheduling, sequencing, capacity planning, and constraint-based planning.
- Project Responsibility in Transformation Initiatives: In implementation, rollout, and transformation projects, you will take responsibility for your solution area and ensure high quality in both design and delivery.
- Integration and Planning Landscape: You will design the integration of SAP Planning Processes with adjacent modules and solutions such as PP, MM, EWM, and IBP, ensuring seamless process and data integration across the supply chain.
- Workshops and Stakeholder Management: You will facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders, translate business needs into sustainable SAP solutions, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare: You will support test preparation and execution, go-live planning, and hypercare activities to ensure stable and successful project delivery.
- Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: You will support colleagues through coaching and knowledge transfer and contribute to the further development of our SAP Supply Chain Planning consulting capabilities.
- Presales and Customer Retention: You support presales activities through architectural concepts, customer workshops, and presentations. You can shape our future supply chain portfolio

Your Profile – What Sets You Apart
- Several years of SAP consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with a strong focus on SAP PP/DS and IBP - Supply Planning
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and planning processes, including production planning, detailed scheduling, sequencing, resource planning, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on project experience in SAP PP/DS and/or IBP implementation, optimization, or transformation scenarios, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Good knowledge of integration with adjacent modules and solutions such as SAP PP, MM, EWM.
- Experience in conducting workshops, translating business requirements into system solutions, and working directly with business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a solution-oriented consulting mindset.
- Confident communication in customer-facing situations and the ability to explain complex planning topics clearly and effectively.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic consulting environment and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
