In this role, you will design modern, cloud-based analytics solutions with SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud) and SAP BW/4HANA that help companies make data-driven decisions and optimize their business processes in the long term.

Your tasks – What you can expect:

Consulting & implementation

• Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made solutions with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Design and build modern data warehouse architectures and scalable reporting solutions
• Support the introduction, migration, and optimization of business intelligence processes
• Conduct strategic workshops with customers to develop joint analytics roadmaps, for example

Technology & Innovation

• Implement end-to-end analytics architectures based on current SAP technologies and cloud platforms
• Development of intuitive dashboards and KPIs that visualize data in a way that is understandable and relevant for decision-making
• Integration of data from ERP, CRM, and third-party sources into powerful, secure analytics environments
• Use of modern methods such as AI-based insights, predictive analytics, and self-service BI

Project Management

• Management of projects for the introduction and optimization of analytics solutions for our customers
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and scheduling in all project phases—from analysis to go-live
• Close coordination with customers, development partners, and interdisciplinary Syntax teams worldwide

Enablement & knowledge transfer

• Conducting workshops, demos, and training courses on SAP Analytics and Datasphere
• Actively sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants
• Helping to shape the Syntax Analytics portfolio through innovation and thought leadership

What sets you apart – your profile:

• Several years of consulting experience with SAP Analytics, especially in BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
• Understanding of data architectures, reporting strategies, and data-driven decision management
• Proven experience in project management or sub-project management
• Experience or initial exposure to Microsoft Fabric is an advantage
• Independent, customer-oriented, and structured approach to work
• Enjoyment of collaboration, communication, and international teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
