Your tasks will include 

• Analysis and optimization: You analyze and optimize the SAP systems in the finance area, together with your team in SAP Optimization Services. 
• Technical contact person: You support our customers as a competent contact person in troubleshooting and provide technical support to IT and key users. 
• Support and customizing: You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and adapt the SAP standards to the operational requirements of our customers. 
• Consulting and training: You advise our customers on application and configuration, conduct training courses and create documentation. 
• Project support: You support change requests and small projects as part of the customer's AMS contract. 
• Continuous further training: You will receive technical training including certification and continue your development in the new S/4HANA (Cloud) portfolio components. 

Your profile 

• Completed studies in the field of economics, computer science or comparable training 
• You have experience as an external or internal SAP consultant in the finance environment 
• Very good knowledge (incl. customizing) in the FI modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR FI-AA) and the adjacent interfaces 
• Passion for new technologies and enjoy innovative projects 
• Very good understanding of the entire business value chain as well as business and logistical interrelationships 
• In addition, you are characterized by your high customer and service orientation as well as your own initiative 
• You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English 
• Interest in in-house and remote activities
