Become an SAP EWM/PP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) in the SAP Optimization Services department at Syntax! Use your expertise to develop innovative solutions for the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Production Planning (PP) modules and support our global team, which is a leader in the provision of SAP Application Management Services. Your tasks will include 

• Analysis and optimization: You will analyze existing logistics and production processes and work with your team to optimize our customers' SAP systems in order to increase efficiency and implement requirements in the best possible way. 
• Customizing and implementation: You will independently implement the requirements in the SAP EWM and PP modules, make system adjustments by means of customizing and ensure the integration of the modules. 
• Production planning: You will support customers in the design and implementation of production planning and control solutions, optimize production processes and ensure that production processes are efficient and transparent. 
• End-to-end process design: You develop innovative solutions for warehouse and production management with a focus on SAP S/4HANA in order to optimize the entire supply chain. 
• Integration and reporting: You ensure the seamless integration of logistics and production processes with adjacent modules and develop customized reporting solutions that support customers in strategic decision-making. 
• Support and consulting: You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support, act as a technical contact for IT and key users and support customers in the use and configuration of SAP systems. 
• Training and documentation: You will conduct training courses, create documentation and help customers to integrate the new processes optimally into their organization. 
• Project support: You support change requests and smaller projects as part of our customers' AMS contract and also contribute your expertise to presales activities. 

Your profile 

• Degree in economics, IT, logistics or a comparable qualification. 
• Experience as an external or internal SAP consultant in the logistics and production environment. 
• Very good knowledge (incl. customizing) in the SAP modules EWM and PP, also experience with SAP S/4HANA. 
• Passion for new technologies and enjoy innovative projects. 
• Very good understanding of the entire corporate value chain as well as the logistical and technical production interrelationships. 
• High customer and service orientation as well as initiative. 
• Business fluent German and good English skills. 
• Interest in in-house and remote activities.
