Project Manager Power Platform (m/f/d)

These exciting tasks await you:

• Gathering and aligning project goals, scope, and success criteria together with clients
• Creating project plans and defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
• Resource planning and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams in alignment with the Team Managers
• Managing projects with regard to timeline, budget, and scope, while considering forecasts and profitability
• Early identification and management of risks, dependencies, changes, and escalations
• Preparing and communicating status reports, management summaries, and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitating regular project meetings, steering committees, and alignment sessions at both operational and strategic level
• Supporting the full project lifecycle from presales and delivery through acceptance, lessons learned, and handover to Service Delivery

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in the Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure environment
• Strong command of project management methods and tools, particularly in planning, effort estimation, reporting, as well as risk and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of solution architectures in the Microsoft ecosystem and governance requirements related to the Power Platform
• Experience with traditional, agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or CSM are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and confident presence at all levels, including interaction with management and clients
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial mindset and sound understanding of commercial project objectives, budget responsibility, and growth opportunities
• Hands-on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and decisiveness, even in dynamic project environments
