Product Owner (m/f/d)

These exciting tasks await you

• Own the product lifecycle of Syntax manufacturing software solutions after the incubation phase and drive their evolution from MVP to scalable, market-ready products
• Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and release planning for manufacturing solutions
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear product priorities and actionable development plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and guide agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
• Align with internal stakeholders such as industry teams, business development, marketing, and presales to ensure successful product positioning
• Support go-to-market activities including sales enablement, product documentation, and customer presentations
• Represent Syntax manufacturing solutions at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product portfolio

Your profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Engineering, Business Administration with a technology focus, or a comparable field
• Around 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product development within enterprise software environments
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) and understanding of manufacturing or shopfloor processes
• Familiarity with agile development methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into product decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
