Invoicing Specialist (m/f/d)

These exciting tasks await you:

• Responsibility for the timely and correct billing of all services rendered (invoicing)
• Processing all commercial complaints and creating credit notes
• Competent advice to our specialist departments on invoice preparation and creation processes and the database in the system
• Carrying out analyses and evaluations to ensure that invoices are issued in full and in the correct period
• Creation and dispatch of performance records for internal review or acceptance by the customer
• Contributing to the further development and optimization of the invoicing process
• Processing inquiries relating to the processes responsible for supporting operational and financial audits and audits

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training 
• Several years of professional experience in the field of invoicing / billing
• Sound knowledge of the SAP modules SD, PS and CS
• Experienced handling of MS Office
• Independent and structured way of working 
• High level of precision and diligence in the processing of tasks
• Very good knowledge of German and English
