In the role of IT Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for new and existing customers in all product lines.

These exciting tasks await you:

• You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in an assigned region in the industrial SME sector in the area of IT outsourcing (cloud computing, hosting and desktop services) and IT consulting
• You are the first point of contact for new customers and support them from initial contact to contract conclusion and beyond
• You work closely with customers, analyze and consider their individual needs and offer them tailor-made solutions
• You work closely with our internal interfaces (presales, consulting, project management, service management) to exploit all potential and provide your customers with the best possible customer journey
• You look after existing customers, build a network and identify order potential
• You always maintain an overview of market/industry trends and derive sales activities

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in selling complex IT services or products (especially SAP and cloud, IoT, hosting)
• Your hunting instinct, stamina and negotiating skills are your recipe for success
• You build trusting relationships with customers through your empathetic and customer-oriented way of working
• You enjoy acquiring new customers in the IT environment and looking after existing customers
• Business fluent in German, good written and spoken English skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
