IT Account Manager (m/f/d) New and existing customers

In the role of IT Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for new and existing customers.

These exciting tasks await you:

• You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in an assigned region in the industrial SME sector in the area of IT outsourcing (cloud computing, hosting and desktop services), SAP consulting, Microsoft portfolio
• You are the first point of contact for new customers (retail and manufacturing) and support them from initial contact to contract conclusion and beyond
• You will also look after existing customers, build a network and identify further order potential
• You work closely with customers, analyse and consider their individual needs and offer them tailor-made solutions
• You cooperate closely with our internal interfaces (presales, consulting, project management, service management) in order to utilise all potential and provide your customers with the best possible customer journey
• You always maintain an overview of market/industry trends and derive sales activities

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in selling complex IT services or products (SAP skills and cloud, IoT, hosting are essential)
• Your hunting instinct, stamina and negotiating skills are your recipe for success
• You build trusting relationships with customers through your empathetic and customer-oriented way of working
• You enjoy acquiring new customers in the IT environment and looking after existing customers
• Business fluent in German, good written and spoken English skills
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
