Become a strategic partner for exciting customer programs and complex projects! As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role by designing innovative solution architectures, supporting their implementation and helping to shape the strategic direction of customer programs.
Your tasks - What you can expect:
Architecture design and strategy:
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and release strategies that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Define the required skills and capacities in close cooperation with the customer
- Assess customer cloud readiness and integrate relevant technologies into the architecture
Planning, coordination and standards:
- Build end-to-end structures and standards for program delivery to ensure consistent results.
- Support the capability building of the client's business and IT resources.
- Define the critical path for solution delivery and monitor key milestones.
Quality assurance and consistency:
- Monitor consistency of end-to-end content (process and technical) across projects and releases.
- Ensure the uniformity and quality of all project deliverables.
Guidelines and integration:
- Provide clear guidance to process and technical leads on solution integration.
- Assist in clarifying strategic design and technical decisions prior to the Explore phase.
- Provide cross-solution recommendations to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Client and team leadership:
- Guide clients through capability building and resource development.
- Lead teams through design decisions and ensure consistency of all project deliverables.
Go-Live and Follow-Up:
- Assess business and IT readiness prior to go-live and assist with final implementation.
- Bring your expert knowledge to the cutover phase, especially in data migration and review.
- Perform business process adoption audits after go-live.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in solution architecture (SAP and non-SAP) and in leading complex business and IT transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, end-to-end business processes and release strategies.
- Ability to strategically plan and implement complex projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead stakeholders and teams.
- Experience in developing standards and critical paths for program delivery.
