• Information Technology, specializing in system integration:

In vocational training with a focus on system integration, you will plan, configure, and network modern IT systems and programs.

You will troubleshoot system malfunctions and train users. These tasks may be carried out both within our company and, at times, at our customers' premises.

What you can look forward to:

• Information Technology: You will combine technical expertise with analytical skills to optimize IT systems and develop data-based solutions for operational challenges.
• Combining theory and practice: You will complete the practical part of your training at SYNTAX in Weinheim and the theoretical part in weekly blocks at the Werner-von-Siemens vocational school in Mannheim.
• Practical content: Depending on your specialization, you will learn about different IT systems, programming languages, operating systems, and software, and find out what you enjoy most. Beyond your assigned team, you will gain insights into IT security, databases, and networks. You will also accompany experienced colleagues in their work for our customers and assist with projects.
• Additional offers: Seminars, personal development, IT training, and team-building events will enrich your training.
• Mentoring: You will be supervised by experienced trainers and colleagues who will accompany you on your way to successfully completing your training.

What you bring along:

• High school diploma, high school diploma with advanced placement, or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good grades
• Enthusiasm for IT
• Initiative, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking (e.g., planning IT systems based on software requirements)
• Native-level German and good written and spoken English
