Choose one of the following specializations and shape your future with us: 

• Specialization: 
  • System integration: In system integration, you will plan, configure and network modern IT systems and programs. You will rectify system faults and train users. These tasks can take place both within our company and temporarily at our customers' premises.
  • Data and process analysis: In the field of data and process analysis, everything revolves around data. You evaluate data, make it available and secure it. You will also analyze and develop IT solutions for digital work and business processes.

• Cooperation partner: Vocational school Werner-von-Siemens-Schule, Mannheim

What you can look forward to:

• Information technology: You will combine technical know-how with analytical skills to optimize IT systems and develop data-based solutions for operational challenges.
• Combination of theory and practice: You will complete the practical part of your training at SYNTAX in Weinheim and the theoretical part in weekly blocks at the Werner-von-Siemens vocational college in Mannheim
• Practical content: Get to know different IT systems, programming languages, operating systems and software depending on your specialization and find out what you enjoy most. Beyond your assigned team, you will gain insights into IT security, databases and networks. You will also accompany experienced colleagues in their work for our customers and support them in projects.
• Additional offers: Seminars, personal development, IT training and team-building events will enrich your training.
• Mentoring: You will be supervised by experienced trainers and colleagues who will accompany you on your way to successfully completing your training.

What you need:

• Secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good grades
• Enthusiasm for IT
• Initiative, team spirit and a willingness to learn
• Technical understanding and an analytical mindset (e.g. planning IT systems based on software requirements)
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
