These exciting tasks await you:

• You take responsibility for challenging multi-portfolio and carve-out projects with a focus on managed services
• Implementation of project goals, taking into account costs, opportunities and risks
• Preparation of budget, time and resource planning for the projects
• Creation of cut-over plans and intensive coordination during the "go-live" migration phases
• Analysis and processing of change requests
• Coaching and coordination of interdisciplinary project staff and teams
• Creation of project documentation and reports for project stakeholders
• Representation of SYNTAX to the customer
• Professional support for sales in certain phases of the quotation process and in building and expanding our customer relationships
• Recognizing and proactively handling problems, including the development of proposed solutions, taking economic aspects into account
• Contributing to the further development of our project management methodology

Your profile:

• You have extensive experience in project management in manufacturing industries and in leading project teams, ideally in the Managed Service environment
• Knowledge in the area of Managed Services: Public & Private Cloud Services, Enduser Services, Network Infrastructure and the current SAP & Microsoft product portfolio are an advantage
• Knowledge and certification in classic, agile and hybrid project management methodology (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM etc.)
• You are characterized in projects by strong communication and moderation skills, high customer orientation and a high level of social competence
• Willingness to travel (also internationally)
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
