Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and technically curious (Junior) AI Developer (m/f/d) to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate combines software development foundations with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud technologies. This role focuses on building intelligent applications, AI agents, copilots, document processing solutions, and workflow automations that improve productivity and support digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


AI Solution Design & Development

  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled business applications and automation solutions.
  • Build conversational AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure-based AI services.
  • Contribute to solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and other relevant AI capabilities.
  • Create reusable components, prompts, templates, and accelerators to support scalable AI solution delivery.
  • Implement AI use cases such as document understanding, knowledge search, content generation, process assistance, and natural language interfaces.
  • Apply basic concepts of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI-enabled solutions with systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources, including documents, tables, logs, and knowledge repositories.
  • Apply secure handling of business data, credentials, and system access.
  • Validate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and business suitability.
  • Document technical designs, assumptions, risks, limitations, and operational handover details.

 

Power Platform & Automation

  • Develop low-code and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Dataverse, and selected Power Platform components.
  • Embed AI capabilities into workflow automation and business applications.
  • Support integration between Power Platform solutions and Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Follow Power Platform development standards, environment strategy, and governance guidelines.


Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Work closely with consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and senior developers to translate requirements into working solutions.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts, demos, internal enablement activities, and innovation initiatives.
  • Maintain an active learning mindset around AI agents, copilots, LLMs, automation, and cloud-native development.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to reusable knowledge assets within the AI and Automation practice.

 


Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in software development, automation, data, AI-related projects, or cloud-based application development.
  • Foundational understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, data handling, and application development concepts.
  • Initial hands-on experience with at least one Microsoft technology area such as Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dataverse.
  • Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or a comparable language.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts, and system integration basics.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn enterprise-grade development practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
