In the role of (Jr.) Divisional Assistant (m/f/d) - Technical Managed Services Europe you are the supporting pillar for the Operations division. 

This is a full-time position, part-time (from 30 hours per week) is possible.

These existing tasks await you:

• Supporting the Vice President Operations Europe
• Taking on general administrative tasks to support the Operations department (e.g. processing purchase requisitions and expense reimbursements) 
• Organizing and coordinating appointments internally and with customers
• Organization, preparation and support of meetings and workshops (in-house and offsite) 
• Creation and preparation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English 
• Travel organization and partly travel expense accounting 
• Reception and support of visitors and guests 
• Deputizing for the assistant to the management and other departments
• Working in a dynamic and open environment 

Your profile: 

• Completed commercial training for office management with initial work experience or a degree 
• Confident MS Office skills, in particular Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and possibly initial SAP experience
• Openness and interest in IT topics and technologies
• Strong communication skills and commitment 
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team 
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working with strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
