Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in the Service Management module to join our growing team. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP’s Service Management functionalities to help clients optimize their service operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service processes across various industries and strong integration knowledge with modules like SD, PM, and MM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the SAP Service Management module to support service request and service order processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for customer service and after-sales processes.
- Manage service orders, contract management, warranty tracking, and periodic billing scenarios.
- Optimize resource planning and scheduling for service technicians and support field service operations.
- Enable efficient tracking of labor, material consumption, and service costs.
- Integrate SAP Service Management with related modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Materials Management (MM).
- Design and deliver customer interaction tools and ensure seamless service communication workflows.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards on service performance, costs, and KPIs.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations.
- Contribute to mobile and field service enablement strategies using SAP's mobile capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, including at least 2 years with the Service Management (CS/SM) module.
- Strong understanding of service operations, including customer support, maintenance, and field service.
- Experience with service contract management, resource scheduling, and integration with SD, PM, and MM modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM integration or SAP S/4HANA Service is an asset.
