Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Business ByDesign Finance Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP Business ByDesign to optimize their finance processes. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and testing to go-live support, ensuring they maximize the value of their SAP investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Conduct information-gathering sessions with clients to understand functional and technical requirements, map these to SAP Business ByDesign finance processes, and document the business requirements accurately.
• Process Recommendation: Advise clients on the best-suited SAP finance processes to meet their needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, including objectives, test cases, and scripts for unit, integration, system, and regression testing. Oversee testing processes to ensure the solution meets all business requirements.
• Process Modeling: Build process models based on business requirements to assess the accuracy and completeness of process components.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project tasks within the finance module, ensuring timely execution while meeting tight deadlines.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements for SAP Business ByDesign finance applications to maintain productivity for clients (including international support if needed).
• End-User Training: Deliver training sessions to client end-users, helping them understand and effectively use SAP Business ByDesign finance functionalities.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with key business stakeholders and end-users to understand business challenges and deliver finance solutions that align with their goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• ERP Implementation: 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with a focus on SAP Business ByDesign
• Full Lifecycle Implementation: Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP Business ByDesign
• Legal Eligibility: Ability to work in Canada/USA (Sponsorship is not provided)
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and project teams
