Resource Specialist

Job Description

  • Resource Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Resource Managers to understand the demands and specific requirements of a job
  • Provide resource options that align the right people to the right project
  • Resource Specialist will engage with Competency leads and other internal stakeholders to discuss and validate resource solutions
  • This role will require understanding of Utilization and other resourcing metrics
  • The role will assess the impact of resource demands and capacity constraints on existing planning and resource allocations

 

Skills

  • SAP knowledge / familiarity preferred
  • Bilingual (French /English) preferred, although not mandatory
  • Good communication and collaboration skills are key to this role
