Senior SAP PM Consultant

Job Summary: The Senior SAP PM Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements while ensuring alignment with SAP business processes. This role demands expertise in testing methodologies, process modeling, and the ability to provide comprehensive support to clients. The consultant will work closely with business decision-makers and end-users to deliver effective solutions and training, contributing to the success of SAP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct information-gathering sessions with clients to analyze functional and technical requirements and business processes.
  • Document an accurate understanding of business requirements and map them to appropriate SAP business processes.
  • Make recommendations for the selection of SAP business processes that effectively meet client needs.
  • Design and develop test plans, including objectives, test cases, test data, and test scripts for various testing phases (unit, integration, system, regression, acceptance).
  • Develop process models based on business requirements to ensure completeness of information and process components.
  • Coordinate project tasks within your functional area while managing tight project deadlines.
  • Provide ongoing support for business applications or infrastructure, including break/fix assistance, minor enhancements, and testing.
  • Deliver basic SAP training to client end-users to enhance their proficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with business decision-makers and end-users to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills in all communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of senior-level project management experience in SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales support, including demos, preparation, and client presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP functionalities and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in relevant modules or areas of expertise.
  • A university degree in a related field is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • Relevant SAP certifications are required.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
