Your Role:
- Develop and execute regional service delivery strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure efficient delivery of SAP services, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
- Manage resources and services to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and profitability of service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing service delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and governance standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional service delivery strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Lead and inspire a team of service delivery managers and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the regional SAP service delivery team.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with SLAs and client expectations.
- Manage resource allocation and project prioritization to optimize service delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical client issues.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the regional service delivery function.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and profitability targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with service delivery.
Innovation and Growth:
- Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and improving service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to drive innovation.
Team Development and Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing service delivery team.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Provide regular performance feedback and career development opportunities.
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in governance meetings to review service performance and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance to senior leadership.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP service delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of SAP solutions and their application in various business processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects and service delivery operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support regional operations.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management and executive team members.
- Ability to produce well-structured documentation.
