About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven professional to own and manage all of Syntax’s corporate web properties, partnering closely with internal marketing stakeholders and our external web agency to deliver a high-quality, conversion-driven online experience. This role requires strong WordPress skills (non-developer level), proficiency in web analytics, comfort with SEO best practices, and a passion for the user experience. You’ll combine hands-on content management with strategic oversight, making our websites a powerful platform for our brand and demand generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage all corporate websites and digital landing pages, ensuring they meet brand standards and business objectives.
• Maintain and update WordPress sites — handling day-to-day content changes in collaboration with the marketing team and coordinating with developers for advanced functionality.
• Manage and coordinate work with our external web agency, including briefing, prioritizing tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to brand standards.
• Execute timely content updates across all corporate web properties, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and optimal user experience.
• Apply SEO best practices across site content to enhance visibility and search performance.
• Pull and analyze data from Google Analytics and other tools to produce regular reports with actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to translate analytics findings into improvements in site content, navigation, and conversion flow.
• Lead and manage web-related projects from concept through execution, maintaining deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
• Optimize websites for conversions (CRO), improving lead generation and user engagement.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Experience: 4–7 years in website management, digital marketing, or a related role (corporate or agency environment).
• Excellent WordPress skills at the admin/content management level — able to maintain, update, and troubleshoot basic site components (no coding required).
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and report creation.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills — able to turn data and technical details into clear recommendations for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience in website conversion optimization preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• HubSpot knowledge a plus
