SAP BOBJ Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BOBJ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP BusinessObjects, data warehousing, and reporting. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP BOBJ reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BOBJ reports, dashboards, and universes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and enhance existing BOBJ reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BOBJ reports, data sources, and universes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all BOBJ-related processes and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BOBJ features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP BOBJ Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Universe Designer, Dashboard Designer).
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BOBJ certification.
• Experience with SAP HANA or other in-memory databases.
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of SAP ERP modules and data structures.
