We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, including strong experience with custom applications, integrations, and enterprise-level implementations. This role will also contribute to architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules based on business needs.

  • Lead end-to-end development efforts including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Develop custom workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

  • Ensure ServiceNow configurations and customizations are aligned with best practices and platform governance.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

  • Participate in platform upgrades and patching efforts, including testing and validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow’s scripting frameworks.

  • Proven experience in implementing ITSM and at least one of the following: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID servers.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow’s App Engine and custom application development.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of CMDB design and configuration.

  • Exposure to ITIL and enterprise IT operations.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
