Job Summary:Syntax Systems Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP Integration Consultant to support and develop integration solutions using SAP CPI, MDI, and PI. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting integration flows between SAP and non-SAP systems, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECC, ServiceNow (SNOW), and other third-party platforms. The candidate should also possess hands-on experience in ABAP development within ECC.Key Responsibilities:Integration Support & Monitoring:Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows in SAP CPI, MDI, and PI.Provide L2/L3 support for integration issues across SAP and non-SAP systems.Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to integrations.Integration Development:Design and develop iFlows and integration scenarios using SAP CPI/MDI/PI.Implement data mappings, transformations (XML, JSON, XSLT), and Groovy scripts.Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.System Interfaces:Develop and maintain integrations between:SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)S/4HANA and ECC (Finance, Logistics, HR modules)ServiceNow (SNOW) for ITSM and HR workflowsOther third-party systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, middleware)ABAP Development:Perform ABAP development and enhancements in ECC.Debug and optimize existing ABAP programs related to integration.Create custom reports, function modules, and RFCs to support integration needsRequired Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in SAP CPI/MDI/PI integration development and support.Strong understanding of integration protocols: REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC.Experience with Groovy scripting, XML/JSON transformations.Basic to intermediate ABAP development skills in ECC.Familiarity with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECC, and SNOW integration scenarios.Good problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:SAP CPI or PI certification.Experience with SAP BTP and API Management.Exposure to middleware platforms and cloud connectors.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes
