Business Intelligence Consultant (SAP Analytics Cloud – SAC)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to design, develop, and deliver data-driven insights. This role will support business decision-making by building dashboards, planning models, and analytics solutions integrated with SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Build and maintain data models and connections (Live/Import) with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, Datasphere).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop planning and forecasting models within SAC (where applicable).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of BI solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical BI solutions.
• Support data visualization best practices and storytelling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
• Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts.
• Experience working with SAP data sources (S/4HANA, BW, CDS Views, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or SAP HANA.
• Exposure to planning capabilities in SAC.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• SAP certifications in Analytics or related areas.
• Experience in cloud-based BI environments.
