Job Summary:
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operational processes and providing excellent employee service. This role includes responsibilities related to onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR system updates, compliance, and employee relations, reporting directly to the Manager People Operations, Americas.
As a crucial member of the team, you will contribute to achieving our departmental goals. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in HR knowledge and compliance, HR operations, HR technology, and employee relations, while making a tangible impact on the employee lifecycle.
The People Operations Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders such as the People & Culture Team, Payroll, and Business Managers to drive value for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, HR system updates, and equipment coordination.
- Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new employees.
- Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process, including equipment recovery, system access revocation, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Update employee records in HR systems during offboarding and ensure proper documentation is retained.
- HR System Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS platforms.
- Process changes related to promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and benefits administration.
- Support employee lifecycle events such as promotions, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up to date with legal changes that impact HR policies.
- Maintain organized employee records and ensure timely completion of employment contracts, salary revisions, and other HR documentation.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with HRBPs to operationally support them and serve as a point of contact for their operations queries.
- Work closely with Digital Workplace Team, Payroll, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Graduate HR certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a global company.
Skills:
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
