Dispatcher - AMS Team
Position Summary: Monitor and dispatch IT incidents for Application Management Services (AMS) environment. Route tickets to appropriate support teams and ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Receive and log AMS-related incidents and service requests
•    Assign tickets to correct application support teams
•    Monitor ticket queues and escalate per SLA requirements
•    Provide status updates to users and stakeholders
•    Track resolution times and maintain incident documentation
•    Ticket SLA and updates analysis
•    Coordinate with application teams during outages or critical issues
Requirements:
•    Strong communication skills
•    Basic understanding of applications and IT systems
•    Ability to work shifts including evenings/weekends
Working Conditions:
•    Fast-paced incident response focus
This role focuses specifically on application support dispatch within managed services operations.
