Position Title
HRIS Intern
General Objective:
Provide support in the operation, troubleshooting, and documentation of the organization’s HRIS systems, developing technical skills in IT, digital talent management, and Artificial Intelligence applied to HR processes. The role seeks to give the student hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and SharePoint, with the possibility of growing into a permanent position within the HRIS department.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up on HRIS support tickets.
• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors reports.
• Document processes, workflows, and HRIS technical manuals.
• Support activities related to Qualtrics and SharePoint.
• Assist with analysis and basic testing of system integrations.
• Support pilot projects involving Artificial Intelligence applied to HRIS (e.g., automated
reporting, data analysis, support chatbots).
• Provide technical and administrative assistance to the HRIS team in ongoing projects.
Requirements
Academic:
• University student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
• Ideal semester: 6th or later (final years).
• Must present an official internship letter from the university.
Technical:
• Basic knowledge of IT and technical support.
• Proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge (desirable, not mandatory) of ERP systems.
• Interest or basic knowledge in HR.
• Desirable knowledge in:
– SAP SuccessFactors
– Qualtrics
– SharePoint (Intranet)
– Artificial Intelligence applied to data analysis or HR processes
Languages:
• Intermediate or higher level of English (ability to read technical documentation and basic communication with international teams)

Internship Conditions:
• Duration: 6 months.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Modality: Remote or hybrid (depending on agreement).
• Preferred location: Puebla, Mexico (to facilitate university connections and access to offices).
• Financial support in accordance with the company’s internship policies.
