Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with strong experience in WordPress and HTML/CSS to join our development team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive websites and web pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Customize and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to implement UI/UX designs.

  • Ensure high performance and compatibility across all major browsers and devices.

  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs.

  • Maintain and update website content and features as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, especially with WordPress-based projects.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.

  • Proficiency in customizing WordPress themes and working with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).

  • Familiarity with PHP and the WordPress template hierarchy.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development.

  • Ability to convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into functional web pages.

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

  • Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Gulp, etc.) is a plus.
