Job Description: SAP FICO / Public Cloud Consultant

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / Public Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions in Public Cloud environments. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver optimized financial processes aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and system support in a Public Cloud environment.

• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, PCA, CCA, etc.) to meet business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and provide solutions leveraging SAP best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, HR, and technical consultants) to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions.

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.

• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training.

• Support migration projects from on-premise to Public Cloud environments.

• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.

• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Cloud innovations and apply them to business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT-related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approach.

• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).

• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Cloud is an advantage.
