Job Summary:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation. This role also offers an optional crossover into Automation Development, where you will design and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows, improve deployment processes, and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps Engineering:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of applications through proactive monitoring and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment frequency and system reliability.

Automation Development (Optional Crossover):

  • Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline DevOps workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Automate cloud provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.
  • Create self-healing infrastructure through automated monitoring and remediation.
  • Optimize and automate software build and release processes.
  • Implement automated security controls and compliance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML automation frameworks.
