Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely follow-up
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service or support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or HubSpot
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
