Job Description: Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to clients by resolving inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to build long-term relationships and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

  • Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide accurate solutions.

  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Product, Operations) to improve customer experience.

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products, services, and processes.

  • Meet or exceed established KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction score).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service desk, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
