We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong experience in Oracle solutions to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization. This role acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize the value of their Oracle investments while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and usage of Oracle solutions (Cloud, ERP, HCM, CX, etc.).
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Support) to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Track and report on KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention, and product usage.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Strong experience working with Oracle solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, CX).
- Proven ability to manage enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS / Cloud environments.
- Understanding of implementation lifecycles and post-go-live support.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud or related technologies.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
