We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth through deep engagement, strategic support, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

  • Drive customer adoption, onboarding, and long-term engagement with our solutions.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.

  • Understand clients’ business objectives and align solutions to support those goals.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver value and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Conduct regular business reviews, product training, and performance updates.

  • Advocate on behalf of customers, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the product suite to offer expert guidance and solution recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CRM or customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, Zendesk).

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud services, or digital platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for customers.

  • Experience in renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy programs.

  • Passion for helping customers succeed and a strong sense of accountability.
