Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in customer delivery roles, with a proven ability to work with middle-tier customers with Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) ranging between $30,000 - $90,000 USD. This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account growth, and acting as a strategic partner for customers’ success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with customer goals.
- Monitor key account metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and overall account health.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, reviews, and business discussions to align on priorities and outcomes.
- Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer delivery roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience working with ERP systems is required; JDE knowledge is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI)
- Demonstrated ability to manage middle-tier customer accounts and drive account growth.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations with professionalism.
