Analyst, Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented OCM Analyst to support organizational change initiatives across transformation programs. This role will assist in executing change management strategies to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems (e.g., SAP), and ways of working.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of OCM strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
  • Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Help develop and deliver communications (emails, presentations, newsletters, updates).
  • Support the creation and coordination of training materials and sessions.
  • Assist in change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
  • Track and report on change management KPIs (adoption, engagement, training completion).
  • Maintain documentation related to OCM activities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PMO, HR, IT, Functional Leads) to ensure alignment.
  • Support the identification and management of change risks and resistance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Change Management, HR, Communications, or project support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of change management concepts and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to OCM frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation projects (e.g., SAP).
  • Familiarity with learning tools, content development, or LMS platforms.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
